    • New landing page: the five quest kinds, how grading works, and a retention-signal sketch instead of marketing abstractions.
    • New /method page — real quests from our own repos, published with their evidence quotes and answer keys.
    • New /security page — the exact accounting of what we read, store, and send where.
    • Answer-key audit hardened: every wrong-key failure mode we've observed now has a mechanical check in the generator.

    A truth-and-polish pass over the whole app

    • Mobile navigation exists — the full app now works from a phone.
    • Keyboard access everywhere: visible focus, dialog semantics, admin triage shortcuts.
    • Billing and pricing surfaces rewritten to match exactly what the product does.
    • Quest reviews restructured as debriefs: verdict and feedback first, diff last.

    • Merged pull-request facts (verified against commit SHAs, author identities redacted) now ground quest context.
    • Quests on recently-merged code can say which PR touched the file last.
